Today we visited the HaLong Bay area. We had such a treat, we booked a private tour and had a whole boat with J & P. This is a picture of the boat, very traditional looking. Micaela was good, the day was great weather, in the low 80's and cloudy, not extremely hot and muggy. There was a nice breeze on the bay and it was very quiet on the boat. They cooked us a 6 course meal for lunch and had soda pops to drink. The babies were very good. The drive from HaNoi was around 3 1/2 hours one way. We stopped at a wonderful shop which is run by people who want to help the handicap teens in the cities by teaching them a trade. They make silk pictures, laquer ware, marble stuff, and sew silk clothing. It was a very big shop with good prices. We got to pick up all the stuff that I did not get to get in HCMC. Yeah!! Now I am ready to go home. We got our visa and passport for Micaela today and Quoc will take us to get our tickets changed to go home as soon as possible. So here we come world, Micaela is coming home.
