Mekong Delta Day

Yesterday we went down the Mekong Delta, south of HCMC. The Delta is 60,000 sq Kilometers, many rivers dump into it. A lot of farms line the fertile soil. They raise sugar cane, rice, and every variety of fruit you can imagine. We enjoyed our boat cruise, going across to the unicorn island and the dragon island and seeing how they make coconut candy, where they raise fish, enjoying a meal of that fish and traveling back. Miss Micaela did so well, she ate, slept and was awake. The Australian's with us marveled on how good she was. Today, she has been a little cranky, but I am not s
